Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Quality Assessment

  For live trees, please provide a clear photograph of the specimen to help us assess its health and ensure it is fit for transit back to our nursery.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective crates or boxes to prevent damage during the journey back to our facility.

• 4.
  Collection and Refund

  We will arrange a specialized courier for pickup; once the items are inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
